Agent's Notebook by Babbl Labs

Early-adopter offer: terms

Last updated 2026-10-12. Plain-language draft; it will be reviewed before beta admissions open.

  1. What you get. A spot number in line for the Agent's Notebook beta and a discount on the self-serve Team plan, whose launch pricing is $99/month for up to 5 seats, then $25 per seat.
  2. Tiers. Your spot number and tier are assigned when you add an email on your claim page, and shown there:
    • spots below #250: 50% off, forever (founding team);
    • spots #250 to #1,000: 30% off, forever;
    • spots above #1,000: 30% off for the first 6 months.
  3. Locking it in. The spot is held for 7 days from when the email is added, and we send one reminder two days before the hold ends. Verify the email in that time and the spot and discount are yours; otherwise the hold lapses, the number becomes a gap, and you can claim a fresh spot from the same page. Taking the survey alone reserves nothing.
  4. "Forever" means for as long as your team's account stays active without a lapse of more than 60 days.
  5. Scope. The discount applies to the Team plan and to additional seats on it. It does not apply to Enterprise own-tenant or appliance deployments, professional services, or usage overages if we introduce any. One claim per team.
  6. Teammates. People you invite from your claim page join your team and share your spot and tier. Whether seats added after your team is admitted also carry the discount is still being decided; we will tell claimants before admissions open.
  7. Price changes. We may change list prices for new customers. Your percentage discount applies to the list price in force when you first subscribe, and that price is then locked for your account for as long as the discount lasts.
  8. If we don't ship. Agent's Notebook is a design preview. If the Team plan has not launched within 18 months of your claim date, this offer lapses. We will say so by email if you have added one.
  9. Not transferable; no cash value. We may cancel claims that were created by automated farming or that violate these terms.
  10. Spot numbers are ticket numbers, not a count of people ahead of you. Spots #1–59 are reserved for advisors and friends who helped before launch; lapsed holds leave gaps.
  11. Who. The offer is made by Babbl Labs. Questions: sam@babbl-labs.com.
